Ajay Jain is the VP of Customer Success and Commercial Operations responsible for customer success, renewals, sales operations and contracts. Prior to Sensu, Ajay held senior positions at Dynatrace, Keynote Systems, and Velogic in sales operations, recurring revenue operations, customer success, and account management. With a passion for customer success, Ajay has led global teams responsible for effective client success strategies and the delivery of engaging customer experiences. Ajay holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA.
